It was a Halloween decoration. Maybe it will be available again for purchase this year at Halloween.
Dibz is correct. It was the global prize for the Halloween event. That's why you'll only see one of them on people's farms. Generally, holiday event prizes from previous years are offered for sale in the shop for diamonds in subsequent years along with any other limited-time holiday-themed decorations.
It was for sale last year, so hopefully will be for sale this Halloween too.

It was one of those prizes for the hallowed. Event. Cool, isn't it? I'm glad we got the global amount to get it. Sometimes they offer it to buy in other Halloween, so hopefully your prayers would be answered. :)
