When people donate giants to inflate their donation count.
When clan member can't read your request for a specific troop that you want.
Example: You request for Wizards you get Archers.
My clan is very good, but it has all leaders. When the leader made me leader he asked me to keep it all elders, and (I have been virtual friends with him, and in his clan for about 6+months) I decided I have to listen to the "original" leader. Hopefully I can do some demoting without anything wrong happening (two bad elders kicked all members in my clan before, but thankfully we regained back... twice)
Long periods of inactivity, although someone might of posted this already, too lazy to check.
No one donates and they are all asleep when your online and your asleep when they are online 😪
