Building a port

Hello,
For long time I noticed that there the part of the sea isn't in use. I thought it will be great if we can build there a port that will able to create 1-3 fighting ships. Their shots could be the same as the mortar. Their range could be set by the player to limited place, so when people will attack us, it will attack the specific location we set it when their troops will land there, and the same dmg as mortar.
It could also create a ship that collects dark elixer from the sea. They should be the same as the source on land (Same cost as the land resouce, same collecting in each lvl and etc). The idea is instead of collecting oil, it will collect dark elixer.

Time to build: 2 days
Units can created: Fighting ship, Dark elixer collector ship
Hit points: 1800
Damage type of Fighting ship: Area splash (Same as mortar)
Targets of Fighting ship: Ground
Favorite traget: Any


there is a lot more to think until it can be real, but what u think guys?

That's a pretty good idea

Just one question... How can you move it to land? What is the range? It's extremely far from where the core of the base is, how would it protect anything... Unless you shift your base waay to the sea...

EDIT: Read your first post thoroughly. But, really, would you like to see one of these fighter ships attacking from the sea side all the way across the base? I admit, pretty funny to watch...

Just imagine that the shots is like a tom hawk missle. The player can set a point they will attack the attackers when they go into its range circle. It can cover all map, but to attack in a specific place

Why not make it an "oil rig" in other word "dark elixer rig"
same stats cost hp etc.
Flaw with water/port based buildings. Archers would need to have a further range of attack..
or the port based buildings would then require air troops to now be 100% required in order to 3 star (100%) a base.
and possibly a 3rd solution integrate aquatic troops. Thus leading to another question, do they require DE, Elixer, or some new sort of spawning agent similar to our DE/elixer. And either adding a new barracks or adding new troop(s) to barrack already established.
just some more things to think about. Gotta cover all the bases. Otherwise overall rather interesting post.

Well first, u got what i said, i meant dark elixer rig.
My idea is the ships will be able to land next to the beach, so the archers/wizards will be able to attack them. As u know, everyone use archers. Also the Balloon troop can attack it, but its a problem for the ships... im not sure the ships should have ad.
This ships will require elixer like all other troops.

If the admins will take it seriously, they can think about more ideas...

Anyone else? I wanna know what u say guys..

thenport and the boats are cool but wat if u could make a port and then when u have it u can go to like an island and u have a second base and their u could attack with ships and troops from the mainland and then their would be like harpoon guns underwater and mines and stuff and it would have a new troop in the main land the pirate and it would have different variations like a theif pirate, an attack pirate, a breacker pirate and they would kinda be like the troops back in the main land but only used in the islands.

If you want sea adventures, or sea battles then I'm pretty sure their is a battleship app on the either google play or the App Store, we don't need to bring this into the game.

No. Just because the game has a decorative water feature does not mean there needs to be sea battles. You're only suggesting this because there are blue colored pixels there.

dahimi im not trying to make any new sea battles. Its just can be like troops..

Why not suggest desert buildings? Arctic ones? I know! Because there is no desert or arctic graphics.

If your intention is to simply add more buildings, why not have them add another mortar or another DE drill?

lol whats ur problem? its just an idea for new kind of troops, thats all.. im not looking for sea battles to ruin this game, just a few more troops and a new way to collect de.

How exactly do you create boats and water based buildings and not have sea battles?

ships of the enemy wouldnt able to attack u, only archers, balloon and wizards. they will stay next to the beach by auto set location. also the de boat.
its just like mortars.. got already my point? O_O

No not really because they could just add another mortar or drill and expand the build space if need be.

This would also mean you have to bring archers, balloons, and wizards to every battle.

It will be nice to add some new stuff. I know it's easier to add another mortar but that's the point, make some new stuff
