Mutiny Army Encyclopedia: Test & Suggest

Wallbreakers x 10, Archers x 120, Barbs x 60.

Guide:
1. Use two lightning spells to take out the nearest mortar.
2. Place down ten barbs to use as a meat-shield
3. Place down all wallbreakers slightly to the left or right of barbs, this will avoid mortar shots towards the barbs. The ten wallbreakers will open up the base quite a bit.
4. Using two fingers, place down all the archers and the rest of the barbs behind original drop.

Summary:
This is an easy to use, cheap, effective farming army. This isn't meant to 100% a base (although if you can do that then props to you). This is meant for quick farming, you go in, get the loot, and get out. This is most effective in the silver I category with th7 and th8 level troops.

3 giants, 3 wizards, all the rest healers, barbs for remaining space.

Guide, try to do a generic distract and destroy with the healers and giants.

Can you please test this armies composition for me?

15 lv.4 giants
8 lv.4 wall breakers
2 lv.2 healers
81 lv.4 archers

great idea and great thread!! what do you guys think is the best gold farming army for a near maxed th9? lately i've been using 12 giants, 8wb, 10minions, 32 gobs, 32 barbs and 60 archers (220 army camp space) at around 1400-1700. all my elixir troops are maxed and minions as well. hog riders on their way to level 4 as we speak. anyway, any advice would be apreciated :)

Thanks for the ideas! I will get on all of these as soon as I donate out the rest of my dragons.

For any farming, BAM is an amazing choice. To find out more, you can check out my test from earlier (link in the index of the main post). Professor Oak is also making a full BAM guide later on, so you can wait for that for more info. Another option, if DE is a scarcity for you, is to use my WAB strategy (link also in the main post). I'll post the results screen - says I exceeded my limit

Combo

1. 10 Valks
2. 1 Golem
3. 2 Healers
4. 2 Dragons
5. 10 WB

3 Healing spells

Summary
Strong but the healers just ended up making the golem a super tank. This wasn't effective because the valkyries didn't get the benefit of the healing-Pekka seems a better choice.

The valks were very powerful and didn't need the wb greatly, just to get in and break quickly into the heavy defensive fire areas. Chewed the cc troops to pieces in seconds, bk didn't fair alot better.

Drags were a good distraction for the healers but I deployed them ineffectively. I do believe balloons would fair better because of their 5 unit space and defense preference.

Wish I had rages as they would of been more effective, the healing was mainly used to compensate for poor deployment of drags

Overall - powerful - did get a 100% with room to spare but very expensive

Hi, I don't think that this would work because 3 giants won't provide enough DPS to destroy air defences before the air defences kill the healers. We can still test it out if you want, however.

Guide:
1. Place down 4 giants, these will be the bulk of your attack
2. Place wizards behind giants.
3. Lightning attack the nearest AD.
4. Wait till your giants near about half-health, then place all your healers behind
5. If you have BK and CC troops place behind healers

Summary:
I do not recommend this attack strategy. It was incredibly entertaining, both in thought and on screen. The cost of the healers will rarely be compensated for by loot, as the troops will go for defense before anything. The only reason I got any loot at all was because of the wizards and my BK. I used up the full time limit and barely broke 50%. If you are looking to goof around and use a fun strategy, look no further. But this is neither a trophy hunt nor a farming composition.
