Guide:
1) Use minions to clear outer buildings. Or save them and he them as an AD shield for the healers.
2) Deploy a valk and follow it up with a set of wall breakers.
3) Deploy BK (optional) and 5 valks. Make sure the either aim for an air defense or something inside the walls.
4) Drop some wizards so they also aim for the interior of the base. It's helpful if CC troops can lure your troops into the base.
5) Deploy your healers 10 tiles behind your wizards so the AD's can't target them. Alternately, you can drop 2 healers initially and save 2 for later.
6) Deploy a few more wizards an then drop a rage spell so that it covers as much of the core as possible while still covering your troops.
7) If you saved 2 healers, deploy them once another AD or two are destroyed.
8) Deploy the rest of the wizards around the base so they target exterior point defenses.
9) Watch the carnage.
Summary: This is a very powerful army with a one hour build time. The DE cost is also about 700-1000, which can easily be made back with one raid. The guide above focuses on bases with semi protected air defenses, with the goal of eliminating any danger to healers before you completely commit. Another strategy is to deploy as much as you can at once in order to break into the the core and destroy air defenses before they kill your healers. This strategy, if successful, tends to 3 star bases much more easily than the strategy above. However, the AI can be tricky so if your wizards or valks go the wrong way, or don't target the air defenses, then you're in trouble. One last thing to note is that I don't usually use my CC. However, balloons, minions, wizards, dragons, and healers are the best to have.
