3rd time's a charm?

Level 60 player ( almost 61).
I have played in two other NH. One I left. With the 2nd one, lower level players were basically forced to leave after actively participating for months. That hurt.
I contribute all I can. I am not the chattiest player so I am looking for a NH where that is not too important. Some days I chat more than others. It should be a choice and not required.
I would like to join a very active NH with an almost full membership and not frequent opt outs. Requirement for task points 300+.
I prefer a NH where english is well spoken.

We are a fun-loving farming community. We are currently on a few players, who are looking for likeminded farmers to join our neighborhood. We are but 3 strong, however, we have been in the champions league running for the last 5 races. We are looking for more derby players to join us. We only ask that you complete all 9 tasks and the 10th is your choice. All derby tasks are 250+, if not they are deleted. If you can’t be in the derby one week due to other obligations, just opt out for that week, and we will see you the next week.


We help each other with tasks, requests, and boats. We may not always have the item, but most of us can make them or find them quickly.


All we ask is that you participate, help, and be nice. We won’t allow people being mean to others on the neighborhood chat, this will result in expulsion from the neighborhood.

Champ league, all 9 or 10 tasks at 300+, opt out is OK. No jacked up rules. No drama. By allowing tasks at 300 and up, we don't have the crushing, no task problem like those requiring 315+. We still get those extra prizes for 1-3rd placement, but without the mind numbing board stalking.

Hello, medium size derby driven hood here. More than 2 weeks opt outs not allowed. Task 315 plus in regular derby and 340 plus in themed with ten tasks mandatory every single derby. Very competitive players here so looking for only the players who are basically self sufficient active players who love winning derbies. Let me know if interested and we can have a talk :)
