Looking for a friendly, active, helpful nh

I'm Level 63, interested in joining a nh again. Previously belonged to a hood disbursed around the globe. We aimed to complete 9 tasks at 300 points (and always achieved that goal). Group rules allowed opt-outs if you just wanted a breather or if you knew your schedule wouldn't leave sufficient time to finish that week. Group was friendly and helped each other as needed. Rules were a bit too strict for my taste and too much power at the top by the group "owner". I believe in fairness and forgiveness over strict adherence to rules.

I've got all possible farm buildings, most are mastered and at full capacity, duck salon can hold 4, lobster pool holds 5, town has all stores, maxed out town hall, maxed out size, increased payout for them. I've got over a half million coins right now (I know it would be more but I spent a lot of time/money on expansions early on).

***Derby participation is NOT required! Read below for requirements we do have :)***

The Do's and Don'ts of our neighborhood:

Do:

- Be a chatty neighbor!
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Do the required amount of tasks for the week if you are opted into the derby!
- Speak English FLUENTLY
- Opt out if you wish not to participate or cannot finish all required tasks!
- Be friendly and helpful, as others will be to you!
- Share and say please and thank you
- Have Fun!!!

Don't:

- Be greedy
- Be a moocher
- Cause drama
- have broken English - chatting and communication is important!
- be quiet ( we are chatty!)
- Be rude to fellow neighbors
- Not finish all required derby tasks

* Any of these above don'ts are subject to a warning and eventual removal if the problem persists.

Clarification Regarding the Derby:
- The required number of tasks will vary depending on how many people are opted into the derby. Many hands make light work! :)
- Only 300+ point tasks are allowed
- All members are at least elder status to help trash low level tasks
- We only require everyone to work toward all horseshoe goals. We usually end up getting a top 3 placing in the process.
- If someone does not complete the required amount of tasks required of each person, they will be removed right before the derby ends and then allowed back into the neighborhood.

Must be level 40 to join! (slightly negotiable depending on circumstances)

We're looking for a few great players. We're quite competitive but very easy going and spread out globally including several from the Dallas area! Check us out!



Super derby oriented hood! We've been up & down on the top 200 global leaderboard due to taking the time to build the perfect team. We're sometimes quite chatty but mostly very laid back while everyone does their own thing. Someone is always around if help is needed but we do try to stay free of a bunch of beggars. Many will use nh donations just for crop swaps to earn the achievements and others use it for what they need. Your choice. ��
Looking for friendly, helpful, & self sufficient players who love winning gold. Derby is a must...occasionally opting out is ok but full participation is needed for leaderboard. We all complete ten tasks every week, whether they're needed or not, and make sure we play tasks above our minimum points for the week. The one thing that sets us apart is we race as a team, instead of against each other, so we only do two tasks a day. Having this two task rule has been a great concept and works extremely well for us. No one gets too far ahead or left behind and ensures everyone gets a fair chance at tasks.

Would love you to join us. Fairly new neighborhood with2/3 serious derby players and looking for some more. More in neighborhood most just don't derby or didn't pull weight in derby. Currently in expert league and we complete 8 or 9 tasks at average of about 290, like to get horshoes. I don't care if you opt out of derby whenever you need to, I'd rather you do that then stay in and not pull your own weight.

Hi john,we have just started a new nh as the nh we were in was getting Abit too much,it was like having a second job and getting stressful so we decided to make our own nh. There are only 2 of us at moment but we are friendly just ask to complete all tasks each week.if your busy (real life gets in the way) just opt out that simple.we are hoping to get up to champion league very soon.
