Cool-Down for joining/leaving a clan

I'm totally sick and tired of people joining a clan, getting their troops filled up and then leaving the clan. It's frustrating and totally out of keeping with the spirit of the game.

My idea would be that if you join a clan, you can leave and join another BUT only if you don't request any troops.

The moment you receive a troop, you should be locked in to that clan for a set amount of time. 30 mins, an hour, a day?

This may not stop all hoppers, as some will still join take troops and not donate til they can leave, but I bet it will drastically reduce the number of hoppers and as such increase the majority's enjoyment of the game.

I'm personally against the idea for cool-down when switching clans. I occasionally visit my friend's clan and other feeder clans and they would be more than happy to donate when I come visiting. It would really suck to be trapped in a clan when I'm visiting. My take is that people who are against donating to clan hoppers should really change their mindset. When you donate, you gain a relatively high xp whilst helping others out. Be happy to help others and you wouldn't frustrate yourself unnecessarily. :p

I suggest switching the clan to invite only, and looking at the players profiles before accepting them. Look at the friend in need achievement especially.

Well, this is a great idea, I too am tired of clan hoppers, they're annoying especially when they request and then leave that annoys me a lot. I would totally support this idea
