Fortunately, not trusting SC's commitment to anything these days, I started the land expansion with the new deco area.
However, I have team mates who did the large farm area first. They are, to the person, now reporting they are not getting certificates at all. Nothing. Not in mystery boxes, not in derby prizes, and not in the WOF.
Are others experiencing the same thing?
Yep. None to be found these days. Not even in my horseshoes.
I got lucky a couple weeks ago and found 3 in free red mystery boxes. But nothing since. And prior to that it had been a long time since I'd seen one....
Im halfway expanding the area with new deco, missing 30 certificates.
Lately been getting 1 or 2 per week, now got 1 in horseshoe...im in no rush tho, they will come eventually
I only get permit scrolls in derby.....thus I no longer keep any deeds, mallets, stakes in barn....every time HD promises us something new and improved they disappoint. Puzzle pieces are few and far in between. Derby tasks are ridiculous. We have only an 8% task rate when you look at the thousands of trashed tasks. Derby prizes are worse than poor. But always remember....HD is in this to MAKE MONEY. Plain and simple, they will get their $16 million every month from sucker players who purchase diamonds to complete everything... that is why there are no positive changes.Quote:

I get one each Derby (such is life as a solo player), it almost always involves shuffling, I think I've only had one or two there initially. A few from the WOF & several from Red Boxes.

We should all know better really, SC always gives out more in the beginning then turns it down. I need to remember to try to make the most of it when they first release something.
I have 18 permits with 5 plots left to open. I have been receiving them in the free red mystery boxes and 1-2 in derby prizes. I don't seem to be getting as many mallet, stake and deed drops with crops, pets and animals.
They are still out there. I have received 3 this week in free red boxes, but all on my baby farm where I am not bothering with those expansions :(

Of course they are in it to make money. It's called a business. And talk about insulting. If players didn't spend money, you wouldn't be able to play for free. You should be thanking the players who spend money, not insulting them. And your assertion that there are no positive changes because players spend money is totally illogical.
I found one just yesterday, though? Clearly not exactly non-existent. It takes time to get them all, but that's okay!
