Our new 40v40 war after super changes
We have 2 th11 (2 Wardens, 1 maxed, 1 engineered th7 defence)
Enemy 17x th11 base (2 maxed, 6x th10.5, few engineered, few super engineered defencless)
Inferno bases and general defence similar both side
Is this new fair matchmaking system ?

Hope your doing more then just adding weight to offense as most engineered bases only upgrade a few troops. Am I missing something, why can't just more weight be added to the TH level? Right now if you just upgrade the TH it adds almost no weight to your base.Quote:

You guys waited so long to address this its now even more wide spread then modding was. So many have already said if I can't beat them so I guess I'll join them. I recently took my TH 10 to Silver I, and I can't believe how many engineered bases I come across when raiding.
Have been playing this game for over 3 years now and I think SuperCell has been very good at keeping the game fresh and listening to their players but you guys really have been too slow in addressing the engineering thing.
Any how just my 2 cents.

So, who is the best war clan? Is it one of the engineered clans with war streaks of over 200 or is it dark looters, the back of back winners of the CWL? Because, if the in game performance, i.e. war log suggests that the engineered clans are better than the CWL teams, why show support for the CWL clans in the first place, they can't even get a war streak of 200 which at least 10 clans and doing right now.
The thing that supercell seems to overlook is the long term goal of the game. I can understand all these PR stuff we keep hearing, about how we want to have fun with different play styles and all that.
But fun aside, if it really is a strategy game, and wars are a very integral part of the game, why not get serious? About time you took wars to the next level. Why are you indirectly forcing to people to organize their own war leagues, why not be proactive about this and give us something awesome to look forward. We know this should be the next step, as even without supercell pushing for it, these leagues keep coming back.
No hate against the engineers or anything, but if you want to encourage them, just host different leagues for them, let them win there and gain no respect from me whatsoever. And let us see who the real monsters of war are in the league without engineered accounts. Give rushers a different league, that'd be fair for them. I highly doubt that rushers are interested in serious war leagues anyway.
Why can't we have this? Why can't we get serious about wars and start having some real fun? The CWL was awesome, apart from the modding of course. Right now, I feel that the clash team is being too casual about wars, and if this keeps up, the game is never going to reach it's potential. After a while, all serious players are going to get fed up and either quit or engineer, and it will be a Shame to call this a serious strategic game. All the people I knew who were serious in this game and were good, just quit completely or moved to Royale.
Like everything that is good, you have to understand that unless you take progress seriously and not take your user base for granted, others are going to overtake you and you're going end up like everything else that was once great but now history. Crowd pleasing is ok, but the serious players also need to be rewarded in the game.
Otherwise, this will just be another mobile game that was popular 2-3 years. But you could have done so much more, if only you listened.
i am 100% sure people will find a way to engineer around the anti-engineer patch. its a fact of life, people will find a way to get an edge, and the rest will suck it up or cry about it.
