Clan War Matchmaking Improvements

We are just getting ready to get our current War over with it's an engineered Clan they are significantly more powerful we are not engineered. I want to tell everyone here but the effects of these wars are devastating Clans. I used to have a very active chat you'd log on every couple of hours there be 30 or 40 messages now 75% of the chat goes back in the entire day. Talk about draining the life out of the game. It was a good run good strong clan for a couple years but the problems that have cropped up and their inability to fix it that's pretty much killed my clan in the last year. Can't hardly get a 15 roster together and lost half my players and they actually quit the game. We are not far from level 13 I think I want to push it to that and then quit good job Supercell way to go.

i have the same sad story
from 3 clans i was leading 2 years ago, i hardly find 15 ppl to take in war
practically we are 6 real people still standing with our secondary accounts
the rest are dormant zombies

in a month since the MM fixes had begun, we did 15 wars
we lost 5, we are still winning more
but none of the matches was in our advantage or even fair
we just don't give up, sometimes we are better, sometimes we are lucky

i don't know any more how to set our roster. i'm the only th11 remaining in clan who is still opting in
if i take 3-4 x th10, we get more th11 in opps
if i don't take th10, we pull several th10 in opps + 1 th11, we just don't have defense
if i put low in bottom, we pull out engineered

unfortunately we don't have many people available like 2 years ago to try different variations of rosters

So after all of the crying from the engineers it looks like Supercell reverted back to the old matchmaking that favored them. All I can say is, wow!

Yeah Supercell doesn’t want to fix the problem. We spend money too. Engineers shouldn’t get special treatment for cheating the system. I need a new outlet because Supercell will never get rid of engineering, which is now at the same level as modding.

There was no change in war matchmaking. We still get rushed opponents, The problem i see is majorly with the wall weight. My clan players have everything updated including walls, but we get mainly the opponents which are a bit rushed but have the weak walls and due to that we always get tough opponents. Unless and until you would remove the wall weight , the war matchmaking is not gonna get better. After your so called better war match making update we are getting more worse opponents except for a couple of times.

The matchmaking algorithm is still currently in development and is slated for a near-future release! But we wanted to make sure we communicated this to you all and let you know that ensuring an enjoyable Clan War is just as important to us as it is to you.

If people want to engineer then that's fine with me Aslong as supercell make the offensive weight similar or the same on both sides. It's not working fairly when one clan has no th11 troops and the other has max everything from 3 or 4 of there players. Gotta make offensive weight the priority on matchmaking searches.

You have got to be kidding me with this matchmaking. I'm not going thru the particulars because it's a waste of time. Us 2 th 11's no eagles. Them 1 Eagle and 8 TH11's with Wardens. This is the worst match up I have EVER seen in Clash and this is supposed to be an improvement?

I'm convinced you guys have no idea how to program this game any longer, hence Builders Nightmare.

We start our spin this evening.
Looking around the forums, I'm guessing we should expect the usual garbage matchup?

It's really sad when our clan mail reminder for war includes:

"Expect the worst, Do your best".
