New Villages, conquer them all! Markets, trade me!

Sup guys, just bringing you some new ideas for this BEAUTIFUL game :p.
My 1st idea (2nd Village):
What do you guys thinking about creating NPC villages that could be conquested and transformed into a 2nd village? Sometimes I just realize that there's nothing to do because all my constructors are working and my troops are loading, so creating a 2nd village would give more things to do... As far as I know, 2nd villages would be a good way for people spend more time in this game.

My 2nd idea(Market):
When I update my TH, it costs me all my coins, so I get 0 Coins and 700k Elixir, and nothing to spend it on. Creating a market would be a good idea to trade like 300k Elixir for 300k Coins. Market also could be use to donate resources to our clan mates, which would help too, because I don't think that Troops are enough.;)
(Elixir and Coins values were invented).

1st Idea: Not necessary, but I wouldnt complain if we got it.

2nd Idea: If I had a dollar for every time someone suggested this, I could have gemmed all the way to a max TH10. They won't add it because it would make it pointless to have a second resource at all.

But could have a delay and a maximum, the same for troops. max of 10-15 depending on the castle clan level... The same could go for market

Level 1: 100-1000 Resources
Level 2: 1000-10000 Resources
...
