I visited gregs farms tonight and noticed in his new areas, near his horses, he has some saddles. Was wondering if and when I can get those. I checked and I can't buy them. They looked pretty cool and I want some!

Those fancy saddles you can see on Gregs farm are most likely the one you can win as a derb rewards. Sadly you cannot buy them in the shop, at least not at the moment anyway - what the shop sells in the future may change.
If you have a screenshot of the exact one your referring to we can confirm whether it's a derby reward or not.
Yeah some decos can only be won in derby prizes. They come randomly. :)
