I've seen farms with lots of foxes but I've only ever seen 1 and very (very) rarely 2. How do you attract so many? I currently have 1 that I walled round and waiting for a 2nd that they can hopefully breed 🦊🦊

Plant lots of raspberries from the front io your farm right through it, they love them.
Berry bushes one click back from road and driveway. They come in and don't leave. You can wall them in with the grey block walls. But I use a double wall. Some have had good luck with single but mine are sneaky and get out.
Yes mine came for my raspberry bushes. Some farms have foxes some frogs some another kind. I also have a flowery fence that they seem to love because where ever I put the foxes seem to gather there. I got it when I bought a special diamond pack. :)
i find they're kinda 'crazy like a fox'.
they do not like my farm. i had about 4 in my trees, and realized they might be 'trapped' behind a path. i tried to reset via the editor, etc. and now i have even less. they don't like my farm, even though raspberry bushes are closest to road (but not right next to it - i left the native trees)...
but then i see stuff like this...
