OP that does seem pretty hard to do even with X2 truck event
Yes, I do think it was the X2 Truck event XP event which ran for 3 days I believe. Alot of my neighbourhood members went up a level or two, and so do I.
Thats is far from impossible. If she has a large barn and plenty of production slots and resources it completly possible. Ive never lvled up 4 time but i have 3 in only 3 days. If she did use diamonds thats her prerogative it takes no fun away from the game and is fair play. You shouldn't compare yourself to others or you're just asking to be dissapoint. Instead of complaining maybe celebrate her achievement.
Seems like she is really enjoying the game.

She may be able to level up quickly, but is she managing her resources well. Is she able to buy each new machine at the level it was introduced? How big is her barn/silo/tackle box? Does she work her town? Etc. Maybe instead of competing with her, ask what she is doing that is making her (in your eyes) more successful. She might share a tip or 2 and it may help.

It is only a competition if you choose it to be. If you choose to enjoy the game and play for other reasons than just to level up then who cares what your sister (or anyone else) is doing? I know this kind of advice is hard to follow for young (I assume) people but I can assure you it will be so much easier if you won't let such things to get in your head. Just make a choice to be a more mature individual.
