Neither does league. League does not mean absolute ♥♥♥♥. By the way, level does count, because you can easily tell how active, how much a person has been playing, how much achievements you have done, how much people have raided by looking at the level.

Level 39-40? Probably town hall 6, about 1/2, 3/4 from being maxed out?

Edit: I just seen that your Town Hall 6 in your sig. lol.
