History Log for troop donations

We have been having a problem in our clan. And I am sure that other clans may experience the same problem. We have encountered a clan member who repeatedly donates troops that are not being requested and it has become a nuisance. The clan member simply donates what ever they feel like and it is impossible for us to catch and confront the member without one of us being online at the very moment of the donation. Some requests are vital to players because they are used in war and other specific strategic attacks. It would be great if Supercell could develope a Donation History Log that clan members or Clan leaders can view in the event of a clan member purposely donating wrong troops. It would be a great help and it would help us catch the culprit so that he/she could either be given a warning or be kicked from the clan. Please concider this. I think it would help the community a lot.
