Recently, every person who created their account in India was placed in a global together. This was done to make it easier for everyone to find like-minded people to chat to.
Based on many observations since the Indian separation, I think the Banglaeshi culture seems far more similar to India than say USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand etc. I often find two tiers of chat on global, Bangladesh and then everyone else.
Are there any plans to place Bangladesh in that same global?
As one who lives in the USA, I don't know why they were not moved with them in the first place. They do seem to have a similar manner of speaking in the chat, culture, and time zone.
Unfortunately for you, global is not divided on the basis of culture. And how do you find someone's culture on a chat ?
Your "many observations" regarding similar culture is wrong too as there is no similar culture between India and Bangladesh.
And no, there should not be any plans to place bangladesh in same global as ours (Indian global ).
I would rather have two knobs that a player can have to control their global chat: language and locale, where the default for both are "any" and "any". So if for example I am an English speaker working for a year in Saudi Arabia, I can set those two things and find people near me who speak my language, and if there happen to be none, I can set a different locale or go back to "any". For another example, if I am a student learning another language, I can set the language to the one that I am learning in order to converse with others who speak that language.
This would give a lot more flexibility to the chat system. Not only would it let people find those who are geographically close, but clan families could pick seldom used locales and use global to chat amongst themselves.
People will soon start asking about for separate global for U.S.. Then they will start asking for Cali , N.Y., Texas etc global. After that town's and village to follow.
I am not a native English speaker. So can someone actually explain me what the word "GLOBAL " means? I think I have wrong idea about it
I do not think that will happen. The complaint is about use of different languages in global, not about actual geographical concerns. If someone from British Columbia is in global or someone from Georgia USA, they will speak English; the same cannot be said of Bangladeshi in global.Quote:

Do not confuse my post as a complaint about global. I have found global to be quite enjoyable and with my work schedule I guess I have found English only speakers in my times online.
Since Indian global has already reached its worst possible state I think doing any changes won't make it any worse.
Global has more than 1 definition in the English language. It appears like most non-native speakers are aware of the definition that means "world wide".Quote:
