"Nexting" for clan wars

I tried searching for this idea and i didn't see it in the thread for ideas that have or haven't been ruled out. So forgive me if this has already been suggested lol.

Clan wars and getting fair matches have been a polarizing topic for ages now. There are literally thousands of posts regarding facing engineering clans and how it's hurting clan wars for many of us. Therefore, what if we were allowed to hit "next" if we do not like our particular match up? Let's say we find a random match. Both clans will then have the option to confirm said match up. A "confirm" button pops up. If one clan does not like the match up, they have one of the leaders deny the match up and can roll the dice again to try and find a better match up. Thoughts?

It's been suggested before and it won't work.

Clans would only except if the war was to their advantage. Unfortunately the other clan would not except due to being at a disadvantage
