new iPhone but want old farm

I'm a level 50 clan member with 1034 trophies. I belong to a clan called Mexico. My name in the game is PEPI. I recently received a new iPhone from apple since my last one was having problems. I backed up my iPhone because I wanted to save my progress in the game since my brother is using my Game Center for his game. I did the restore from backup like I've done in the past but it won't let me load my game. I know it's there still because I checked using my brothers account. I've spent real money on the game so I'm hoping to be able to get my account back. i sent an email but haven't received a reply not sure how long it takes. Attached are pictures of my clan, farm and trophy count. I'm number 37.

You can't restore game data to a different device. You village is all stored on SCs server, what you have lost is the key to access it. If you village wasn't connected to GC I don't think there is anything you can do except wait for support to get back to you.

Thats what I figured. But I was hoping someone who works with supercell would see this becaus I haven't gotten any response from anybody and I really want to keep playing. I don't want to get kicked out of the clan for inactivity.

If you don't have access to the old device to attach the game to some gamecenter or use the new link device feature, you will need to contact support at: clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net

Although response times can vary based on the queue, it is not uncommon to take a few weeks, so please be patient.

You will get an auto-reply with a ticket # - as long as you receive that, you are in the queue and they will get to you as soon as they can.

I sent out a message about a week ago I sent out two different ones and I hadn't gotten a reply. Like I said above I spent about $40-$50 on gems for the game so I would really appreciate if I can get a response to my cases. I opened one last month as well about loosing some gems and that one hasn't gotten a response either. But I'm more concerned about getting my account back then I am about the gems.

You have case numbers, that means you are in the queue, maybe keep an eye on your spam folder, have patience and I hope they can help you. :)

based on my case numbers do you think it will be a while before i get a respond? How exactly do case numbers work? i don't want to get kicked from my clan for inactivity or loose everything since I'm probably getting attacked every little while.

I would think you are are just automatically assigned the next number when they receive your initial email. They've had about 1500 requests from your first email to you second one. I'm surprised you've been waiting a whole month on your first one. I imagine they are very busy with the update and android issues.

I logged on to to see my request. And 2 of them say solved but my farm isn't back yet. Do u have any idea what I need to do.

So you still have an open request? If you didn't get an email back from any of them maybe it got caught by a spam filter, it should have came from clashofclans.feedback@supercell.net. I checked my support request and it was 8 days from the reply to the follow up, but the issue was resolved before that.

Yes I wasn't getting a response so I sent out another thinking it failed. Not knowing that I can log in and just see that it's there. The very first one I sent out last month claims to be solved and one of the ones I sent out like 2-3 weeks ago claims to be solved too by a staff member named Karol. She picked up all 3 cases. And supposedly solved 2 out of 3 but I'm seeing no difference.

I got got an email from a Karen saying that she gave my case to a specialized support team. Do you have any idea how long it would take. I'm pretty sure I'm probably not in a clan anymore since it's been so long since I haven't been playing.

If you played CoC via Gamecenter then open up GameCenter on your new iDevice. Go to games > Clash of Clans > tab on Open app.

The game should now ask if you want to load your existing village, I did this aswell with my new iPhone5s last week.

I still haven't been able to log on and I could see from being on my brothers account that I am loosing trophies due to people attacking me. Does anyone know how long it takes for the specialized support team to contact you. A Karol from supercell told me she passed my case to them on Wednesday and I haven't gotten a response.
