EXPANSION PERMITS?? I haven't seen them in awhile! I still want to collect those decos!
Those puzzle pieces are hard to come by too. I've missed two of them on boat, cuz I couldn't fulfill the boat orders or people haven't been helping me on boat, because it leaves before I can fulfill it. So no puzzle piece!!!
They are now fighting for space with the puzzle pieces (I think...) -- I'm not getting them in my horseshoes anymore, and Maybe one every other week in the free mystery boxes. I kinds gave up on them both (permits and puzzle pieces).

I just found my first PP (outside of boats and derby) in a tool box today. That is 1 extra since the update. :mad:

In the last 2 weeks, i found like 8 permits to my surprise. Just 2 of em from the horseshoes, rest of em came from the mystery box. 5 more pieces left for me to unlock now.
i just found one in a red box. i'd say i typically find about one a week. i also have 2 in horse shoe rewards without shuffling
The surest source of expansion permits of the Derby -- and ditto the puzzle piece boats. You will always get 2 PP boats a week, but may not get PPs in your derby prizes without a reshuffle.
Advertise, or trade on the trading thread for things you can't make to fill your boat in time.

I got a PP in a red mystery box today as well and I always get 2 in horseshoe rewards without shuffling.
