Clan Join Notification

I think it would be nice if when someone joins your clan the leader would be notified and get a notification because sometimes when you make a new clan and someone joins but no one is on, they just leave because no one is on. But if it notified you, you could get on and welcome the new person and stuff. Lemme know what you think.
