New unique hero for builder base

a new hero for builder base The Bucker unlocked at bh lv8 its ability will can be used multiple times like battle machine(BM) but unlike BM whose ability recharges every 14 seconds its ability will start recharging after it takes out a particular structure. Basically when it takes out a structure a little bar above the health bar would appear which will start to fill as the hero starts to take damage, after taking a particular amount of damage the bar will get filled and the player could activate its ability which helps him to regenerate some of his health and he would shoot a huge shot(probably like a sparky) to the defense its taking the most damage from and it will deal huge amount of damage to that defense like 800 damage.
