Supercell...Wanna make more money?

Archers need arrows, Barbarians need new swords...

Make a Blacksmith shop/Tavern/Black Market...you name it...

You have to arm your archers, right? Sure, go ahead and send them into battle, but if they don't have arrows, they are basically the weakest Giant ever...smacking walls with their fists.

I would add more powerful arrows/swords.

Give them a weapons meter to see the wear on their tools, etc.

It would bring a whole new level of micro-management to the game.

Give barbs shield, Archers flaming or poison arrows...Giants with stronger brass knuckles...Dragons with armor...the additions are ENDLESS...

This actually sounds like it could be a great idea. The current stats could be kept as base stats, while these upgrades could add a certain amount of power/hp/speed to the unit. I think the best way to do it would be to have it set up so that you need to re-purchase these items after a battle.

You're making it sound like you have to BUY it with MONEY. Also, you can upgrade your troops already in the laboratory.

Yea thats what I gathered from it too. More customization would be awesome (especially for heroes IMO), but not if it's exclusively premium content.

No offense to SC but that's just another way to take money out of our pockets. They have enough resources that already do that. The idea is good, but telling SC ways to make more money is not a wise route to follow.

Just do a half price gem day. Loads of people will buy the gems- money, money, money...

Troops are fine as they are, no customization, no added "bonuses," no extra stuff, if you want to change their look, upgrade them in the lab, that's enough for me.

A senseless move that would ♥♥♥♥ more people off and cause them to quit then actually buy more gems

As you get higher and higher (I'm level 120), more and more people fall away from this game because it demands the same thing from the player over and over and over. Your suggestion would force people to farm even more which is the fundamental flaw of the game already.

The developers need to add more things to DO, not upgrade.

I think we should just upgrade their bows but no stats upgraded...just looks, there's the lab mate.

honestly, that would just help turn this into games like skyrim, which by the looks of skyrim, those games have a very different culture than clash of clans

This is basically a temporary lab? I love the idea but (not sure if you said this) there shouldn't be something added that makes the troops weaker than they currently are.
