I personally have no idea what you are talking about BUT if there is a true story about one of the in game characters I would love to hear it. Are you referring to Tilly or Joan (yes they have names) when you say little girl? Also I suggest you try hay day wikia most everything about the game can be found on there.
I don't know which girl. Ricky Burnett posted on his recent YouTube stream that none of the characters are based on real people except the little girl. He said to go on the forum and you could see the true story behind her character. I have not found what he is referring to yet.
I don't know that she has an "official" SC backstory -- I think most of us around here on the forum think she and her grandmother are psychopathic pyromaniac serial killers, what with all the requests for saws, axes, shovels, explosives, and etc.
