New DE Troop: The Dwarf

This little guy is basically a uber-beefed up barbarian, with the speed just short of a goblin. He's unlocked at a lv 6 Dark barracks.

Level 3: 170

Level 3: 26 DE
Level 4: 30 DE

Housing capacity: 4

This is just a start, I might get more into detail if you guys think it's a good idea, please give any feedback if you have any. Thanks!
