I'm wondering how other players are serving the townies with the new update. I'd like to create a poll, but I'm not quite sure how to do it. So, I'll just ask. Is everyone more or less likely to fully serve a visitor, if they want to visit the sanctuary? What if the visitor asks for ridiculous amounts of some item in one place, such as 9 creams or 10 sugars in the grocery store? Will you still serve, or send away?
I serve almost everyone anyway. But the so-called gifts aren't that great, so I don't check when I'm sending away a townie that want 3 pizzas.
Because the town visitor sanctuary gifts have been underwhelming, I am not enticed to fully serve them if they ask for ridiculous amounts. If they ask for an absurd amount of an item, they get the boot.Quote:

the sanctuary has had no effect on how i serve townies.
typically, i send away most 2-3 serve visitors, unless i have time/room (like overnight) for 2 serve visitors.
the paw prints have absolutely no effect on that metric of my consideration. and any of them that want 3 will be quickly shown the platform, regardless.
it is more profitable (in terms of gifts) to serve 1 stop visitors than 2 or 3 stop visitors, than it is to cater to the paw print visitors that give the same form of gifts, and in some cases worse (like 274 coins from a visitor visiting the sanctuary).
and by no means would i ever go out of the way to serve their unrealistic demands.

But for now, serving a 3 stop townie for 338 coins at the sanctuary -- no thanks. I'll continue to kick them if they ask for stupid amounts of things I don't want to give up, or of they want to go to places where I don't love to serve them. . . BEACH CAFE and GROCERY STORE, I AM LOOKING AT YOU!!
Really, whats up with those unrealistic requests? Some townies ask for 1-2 other 8-9 of the same item? Working as intended? RNG with a twist or something else?
I pretty much send them all away and only serve single serve townies. The extra gift isn't enough of an incentive to serve them, imo.
But I do love the sanctuary wildlife, just for themselves. :heart:
