New Idea: Clan Wars

Hey Everybody, First time here but I have wanted a few requests which some may agree with me.

I was thinking if there could be something called Clan wars which the Clan leader can commit a war with another clan, but the other clan leader must accept and set a loot bounty for the clan that wins (For example; 100 thousand gold and 100 thousand elixir split to the clan that wins).

THE BENEFITS:

If they accept and have a 'Clan War' all members have access to attack anybody in the opposite clan, which may be targeted but if you keep attacking them they will eventually give up and give you the loot.

PERMISSIONS OF CLAN LEADERS:

Once the Clan leader feels they have been beaten they can press a 'surrender' Icon that comes up only for the Clan leader, an announcement will then go to the clan members inbox telling them that they have lost to whatever Clan.

Everyone suggested it, wanted it, and it been for months now

It may need a few fixing features but I know many people who would like it

Clan wars is THE most requested feature for the last 8 months and Supercell STILL continues to ignore it. I don't care about new troops. I don't care about a village edit mode which I would only use once every few months. The ONLY feature I care about is CLAN WARS!!!!!!!!! Let's do it Supercell!

20% of loot available from storages instead of 10%.

A few questions, how would it be balanced if one clan had a higher level with much stronger troops than the opposing clan? Time between each attack; on the same person and on different people. How do players who join the clan after the war is announced affect the war? Vice versa, if a person leaves the war? If they leave and join the opposing clan? How exactly does a clan win the war? Maybe first to x amount of attack wins, or x amount of defence wins. Does the normal revenge system work here, like if an enemy finds you while searching randomly, does that count as a clan war attack win, and if u revenge, does that count? -----if they're gonna add a clan war, needs to be spot on so it isn't farmed or ignored.

It will be balanced around the fact that clan leader got a brain and wont declare war to a much stronger clan.
