I am checking all of my last fish in my fishing book. I don't remember where I caught the quillback, however, wiki has it being in spot #12.
The fishing book looks more like spot #11, same place as the goldfish.
maybe someone has caught one recently?
it may not seem like a big deal, but I spent the better part of a year using gold lures fishing in the wrong spot :facepalm:
I'm not sure how the spots are numbered but I'm thinking he's in the short sport on the left, the one with the dragonflies. I still need the gold weight for him so will pay more attention to where we can find him again..
Spot 12 is correct. I literally caught a couple today using blue lures trying to get my missing trophies so your on the right track. I actually took a screenshot that you could see but I've given up trying to post them. Can never get it to work. Anyway keep at it, you'll get it.Quote:

I have all 3 Quillback, all from 12 I think.
I really need to focus on some of the others though as I want to complete my book...it's just a shame it's so tedious! I dislike fishing for the unknown. I didn't mind the ones where you needed the tiny, tiny circle as I was happy to 'dip & release' until I got it, but the ones I have left are too vague. Urgh.
Weirdly, I have the silver & gold weight White Catfish, but I need the bronze still.

It's not getting my Fishing Book filled though. Oops.
When I first opened the fishing area in hay day I was really into my fishing book but I lost interest in it, when I realized I rather buy diamonds than fish for them. Fishing to me is super boring and I just can't bring myself to try at it. I didn't even know a quill back was a type of fish. :)
