i am a Th 9 ,117 LVL ..and when i log in first time today,all was fine,but second time after 3-4 hours when i log in again,my Th9 has disappeared,instead of my village now is a newbie TH 1...what is the problem? how Supercell will fix it? what the bug is that? anyone know?

Did you buy your village from someone? Have you been on a free gem site and given away your game information? I just looked at your profile and it shows a th9. If you are still seeing a th1 then contact support in game.

Contact SC support. They will fix it for you.

It can take them a couple of days to respond. Just be patient and explain to them what happened and they will look into it. Good luck.

Maybe someone from your family or any friend of yours uninstalled the game and then reinstalled. Or someone went to settings and cleared your all clash of clans data and cache.
Or maybe your account is hacked. There are very less chances of your account being hacked as no one will hack your gmail/ game center just to play clash of clans.
Actually no one here can help you to get back your account. You can log in if your account was linked to clash through gmail or game center. But if your base was not linked then you should contact Supercell help and support.

What happens when you sign in your village? Does it open a pop up asking you to load a TH1 instead of your village?
