I just don't see why no one reads the thread starters, or just doesn't seem too. I just see posts saying i want this troop and just post that. No reason. Also, stop requesting Clash Royale troops. They are seperate games. Also, just putting the stats doesn't mean it's a good idea... a troop should be a stand alone troop. So, just stop makin 2 sentence threads and put something detailed, like my friend jaronhudson15. He's awesome. Check his troop ideas.
I'm just as annoyed as you, but it isn't against the rules to share ideas. I would also appreciate it if forumers would spend a little more time creating a thread that's 'presentable', because I feel that's what this sub-forum is about. I can't remember the last time I saw a fantastic new troop idea that actually has potential. Two years?
People like AnthonyVince or Smasher really had some creative minds and always created a very nice-looking thread to present, now I just don't see that anymore. Nowadays I always appreciate threads that look nice in this sub-forum, because they make me want to read. Most, if not every thread I see simply waste my time. If the thread looks bad, chances are the concept is bad. I suppose Anthony and Smasher gave up and left the forums since they've waited so long and needed to somehow bring their threads up from being pushed down by lame threads and ideas.
I'm about to leave, as well. I've waited two years for one of my ideas and now SC has brought a new village that makes me rage, I'm torturing myself by waiting and waiting, but that's all I can do. I'm trying to make this game fun and interesting by bringing new troops, and I'm always seeing my ideas pushed down by others that disgust me, to say the least. Seeing troops created by TV's 5,6,7 and 8; nothing wrong with that, but they lack knowledge of any balancing or anything along those lines. Or perhaps SC ignores this sub-forum, which would be ever more disappointing to me.
Are we doing interview for work in these forums? Fancy and nice posts? I dont give a f.... I dont even like fancy and nice, like they want now. I get bored of reading "correct" presentation. Too much bulls... they want these days. Lazy SC staff. Do everything for them and i will just implement copy/paste and create a bit of code.. Cmon....

I sure as heck don't want to see the first example, that's all I've been seeing for two years 99% of the time. There is no 'correct' presentation, all that's asked from a reader like me and many others is for posters to provide us with a readable and organized thread.
All that 'bullcrap' is what entices readers and keeps us reading when viewing this sub-forum, that's why we ask for it a lot in troop idea threads.
Im not telling like this. Keep it short, but detailed. Now its too much.
I agree, whenever I post a troop idea I always have the sticky notes on how to create the detailed troop opened in a new tab, and I keep referring to it to see what else I can post to make it a worthwhile read
Well, maybe it's just me that I my mind is blank when i see like 1 paragraph or something. I only see zap spells and clash royale troops, and what, stuff that isn't even english at one point. I DO see some good troops though

the only problem is that as the game expands,it becomes more and more difficult to add new ideas so its really rare to see a new interesting idea.

Well, I'm talking about troops for the main base. Your idea would work well with the builder base, though. I see potential there, but I know you aren't aiming for the builder base.Quote:
