Clan looking to recruit th7-9 gold-master league players for war

We are a clan of 34 members and are doing 15/20 man wars and wish to expand to 20/25 mans wars. We are level 3 fast approaching level 4. We aren't a PG clan, swearing happens reasonably often, don't join if you can't handle it.
Requirements:
-Must be able to attack someone of equal town hall or higher
-Co-operate with everyone to win wars
-Be friendly and willing to help the clan
-To get into war you must not have a rushed base
-Act maturely and respectfully.
Roles:
-Members are people who aren't in clan wars, inactive in war or unable to attack someone of equal town hall
-Elders are guaranteed a place in war unless absolutely impossible, elder is given for donating regularly and contributing in war. Elder will be taken away if the elder failing frequently in war.
-Co-leader given to trusted and reliable people who consistently do well in war. Is taken away because of mistrust or failing frequently in war.
