I know of numerous clans including mine that stay full. We have other that want to watch wars, but cant unless someone is kicked. Which in return disrupts the clan.
So what if supercell gave clans extra visiter spots. Basically allowing 3 or 5 extra spots so people can watch wars, donate and friendly challange, but not be able to war. Basically a spectators spot. Spots could be given depending on clan level. Lvl 11 1 extra spot, lvl 12 2 extra spots etc.
Thoughts?

- visitors have a time limit. Say 24-48 hours after which they are autokicked. If you want them to stay you have to truly make them members. After autokick they have at least a day before they can visit again. (If you want them back in sooner than that you have to make them members.
Even then I dont know that this succesfully circumvents the ruled out stuff, but its a try. Others can weigh in on that.

rwelshjr is right, visitors contributing troops for war could mess stuff. However, visitors can donate attack troops in 40v40 wars. I think there should be a more general fix for that: War attack troops are donated on the war map, and only by war participants.
Autokick? I don't see it really working. I think a better approach is functional sister clans, where members of a sister clan can spectate your wars.
Donate or not donate. Just a spectator spot. Doesnt matter. Dont feel big clans that stay full should have to have someone leave for another to come in and watch. Just throwing ideas out there
