Need some throphy and resource farming troop comps, budget would be around 150K elix

Obviosly my past armies were not very good seeing as i just have 1300 throphies, I am now looking for a troop comp which is about 150K elixer or less and maybe some dark elixer, i havent unlock rage spell, have pekka and poison. Looking for an army that can 2-3 star bases that may be able to take down th9 bases with xbows, thanks in advance

20 giants 15 Wiz 40 archers. And 3 heal spells
Or even cheaper is 20 giants 15 Wiz 30 archers and 3 heal.
I use both these army's and they work really great.
