You can't, unless you spend diamonds. You pick up townies from your first neighbour, go to your town, speed-up the PT maintenance with diamonds, then go to your other neighbour's town.
You can only pick up from one town per personal train reset.
You can't actually do that!

It's actually something I wish you could do. Spent a lot of coin upgrading my train and have to be super selective about which hood member to pick up from instead of being able to pick up from multiple hoods. It is silly and wish it was something they would improve.
It would really help with the townie tasks when your trying to pick up certain townie people!
