Thank you, that is the perfect way to report - all the info that helps with a screenshot (I know there are many other issues with the windows/screens, but the single row of defenses in the shop seems to be easiest to identify) - Although they are mostly 10" tablets so far, I think yours is one of the few not a Samsung. Hopefully SC can find a common chip/video hardware, etc.

His 1st screenshot, with 7 full blocks of clan chat is the "zoomed out" or "Smaller" effect I mentioned - that is not supposed to be normal. That user confirmed that Hani911's shots were normal/as others see it if you don't believe me for some reason.

I do believe that group 4 needs help, I'm just trying to get the details and pass it along to SC to investigate. It's not my job to fix it, rather be the go between. I'm doing all I can to gather data and get it in front of the right set of eyes.

Why are SC trying to make the Android version of the game the same as the iOS version? It is mostly regarded as inferior due to the fact you see less on screen. We are not blind.

I'm just saying that instead of bringing everyone down to a inferior level, bring iOS up instead.

And again, no excuse as "it has always been like this on iOS" doesn't matter since we are discussing the game on Android. Even if it is available on iOS doesn't mean that a Android user should need to know or care how it is on iOS. Since we do not play the game on iOS, since we are on Android.

roll back this change or you'll see alot of players effected by this bug leaving the game

(War log used to show 10 wars, now showing 5,5)

The same goes with other screens. Clan window only manages to display clan description plus 2 members. Used to show 6. To summarize, everything is as it is on the phone version of the game. Previously there was a tablet optimized version as well.

Supercell should stop comparing Android to IOS.
I buy androids for a reason... Not want to start an apple VS android debate here..

EVERY other app i know adjusts it's layout automatically! Just like clash of clans used to do.
The excuse of "trying to make your layout the same as on IOS" is a TOTAL bullsh*t one! Because it's even bigger!
How many examples must we continue to show????
- when i open the app and someone attacked me, that info box takes up the ENTIRE screen...
- on the start a war screen, the heads of king and Queen are partially cropped off
- chat box shows only 4 comments at the same time and takes up almost half of the screen.
- every button and info at the edge of the screen is way bigger now, its annoying because it covers bases when looking for an opponent, even at max zoomed out
- ... Need more?

They just tried to 'fix' it for S8 users and in doing so (in a very stupid way btw) they f*cked it for nearly all android users.

We are what now? 4 days since update? There has been a bugfix release since, but not a word on this UI thing.

"We are aware of an UI issue on most android devices since our last update. We are looking into it and try to 'fix' it as soon as possible." <- took me 20 seconds to type... I can't imagine noone at supercell has 20 seconds to spare.

Instead they make proud, arrogant announcents telling us to suck it up cause it's 'normal'.... Djeez...

And that is now suppose to look as it does now. This is the improved UI. So you better get use to it :/
(The unit wrongly effected by this update are the Android tablets. The phones are looking as they should.)

I asked him in our chat, I'm not sure. Maybe using 5/7 chat blocks wasn't the best way to describe those 2 screenshots I was referencing, if I scroll through my iPad clan chat I can find places where it can hold 5 or 7 blocks, but certainly you can tell the size difference between those 2 referenced images.

I asked my clan mates and got an image from one iPad. I don't know why you keep telling us that iPads don't have the small chat and that it's a bug. Do you know the difference between an iPhone and an iPad? Please look at those two images.
