@twister: Does it really matter on what kind of device we play?
The game should auto-adjust to the resolution of the device, like it did before.
This is 2017, displays get higher and higher in resolution, so things get smaller by default.
I (and it appears A LOT of other users with me) never knew anything other than our 'normal' layout.
I play(Ed) it on my phone all the time. I always rooted my phones to get a higher dpi. Now, on my oneplus 5, it's even a standard setting.
Because one manufacturer releases a device with a non-standard resolution which causes some display issues in game you guys just decide to blow it all up in general instead of specifically targetting the affected device!
What you guys threw in our face now is like kicking us back 10 years... Looks like sh*t...
I have no other words for this than pure lazy amateurism. And that for a big game Company like Supercell... Hard to believe.
I guess this shows their main focus lies elsewhere, not on clash of clans. Which is sad for all of us who have been playing this for years.
Anyway, I expect no decent feedback... There hasn't been any since they released this piece of sh*t of an update...
Just sharing my frustration and keeping this thread alive...

Well, I only collect the info the SC folks ask for. If I had to guess why they want all the info I asked for it's to replicate it in their testing room (where they have nearly every known device out there).Quote:

1) iOS who always had the "Normal" displays/menus, etc and continue to see the same as they have for 5 years
2) Android users whose devices did not make any changes whose screens were similar to iOS users and continue to be
3) Android users whose devices displayed things smaller before, but are now brought up to iOS/Normal standards - their screens and menus are a little bit different - these are the group of folks who will need to adjust as it's how it was intended
4) Android users whose device either were normal or maybe things were smaller, but now their screens/menus are "Super Huge" ie even larger than the group 1/2/3 folks - among other things, seem to be tablets being fed the phone UI - these are the ones I'm trying to capture device data on.

The same goes with other screens. Clan window only manages to display clan description plus 2 members. Used to show 6. To summarize, everything is as it is on the phone version of the game (I have a Nexus 6p phone and compared screens). Previously there was a tablet optimized version as well.

That user confirmed that Hani911's shots were normal/as others see it if you don't believe me for some reason.
I do believe that group 4 needs help, I'm just trying to get the details and pass it along to SC to investigate. It's not my job to fix it, rather be the go between. I'm doing all I can to gather data and get it in front of the right set of eyes.
That means Powerbang and Galadon play on Android devices? All youtube livestream tournaments are played on android devices? Because they all have got the 7 blocks of chat.Quote:
