Support keep telling me, that is how it's suppose to be - get use to it. So, I keep asking them, if that is how it's supposed to be, why isn't it like that on ALL the devices.

To be quite honest, for me it's like SuperCell have the attitude of - We made our money, screw these idiots.

With the past couple of updates I (we) experience more problems, and they call it bug fixes. You get a combo (Queen Walk, Houndloonian, ect) that works and you move up in the game, you can be sure, with one of the updates, they will change the troop AI (artificial intelligence) and you will start loosing easy attacks, that you used to 2 or 3 star. You move to a different combo, and the process repeats itself.

But this interface ♥♥♥♥, is the last straw for me. The fact that they don't admit is a programming problem, design problem, is busy to frustrate the hell out of me. I'm also a professional developer, and I know how things work, and I cannot except these LAME excuses, one after the other.

SuperCell!!! If you're trying to get rid of loyal players, that supported you from the beginning, paid your salaries and made you the millionaires that you are, YOU ARE ON THE THE RIGHT TRACK!! I'm done with this ♥♥♥♥!!!

(AND WHY DON"T YOU RESPOND TO YOUR FORUM COMPLAINTS?????)

So they quickly release an update to address some small issues, but the biggest thread in this bug forum they totally ignore...

It was my question to them as well.

So, this morning, I send them the full link to this thread when they told me AGAIN it's like that on all the devices and it's how it's supposed to be!

Still waiting for their reply, but I think they busy ignoring me, since I'm on their case this past 3 days, since the update, and I don't accept their lame excuses.

I know for a fact it's not the same. 75% of my clan don't have a problem and their interfaces are much more user friendly, and doesn't look like it was designed for the visually impaired.

I newly registered only to say something about it here. I hate the big display, it makes attack very hard when have to scroll left and right to look for the troop and spell. I used to see 14 selections in one screen, now only 12.5. Awful. It happens in my both Samsung phone and tablet. Hopefully SC can fix it. I like the game and don't want to quite, but I may have to if SC keep ignore it and excuse as "it is the way it should be".

Please report this to in game support, tell them you do not have the IMPROVED USER EXPERIENCE view that many other players have, urge all your apple friends/users to do the same! You still have the buggy bug version, they should implement the fix to everyone.
