No, naming and shaming aren't allowed, you may have to take into account that they may not be aware of the unspoken trading rule. Are they a forum user? If so you could always contact them via PM and explain how you feel :)

So have I - some that just make me feel uncomfortable - nothing obvious, just a feeling - and one I got twice.
