Birthday Statue Event

As long as we maintain a rate higher than the rate needed we will get the prize. Since I started tracking this morning, the rate has remained above the rate needed to win. So we should be good unless we suddenly run out of trees and bushes to water :smirk:

There's actually a nice surge going on right now. Over 1000 helps/second. If that rate continues, the goal will be met in about 3 hours.

I have been logging for a few days. The last three hours has seen 7.2 million added and it is looking good. Cannot get complacent though. I have seen the numbers drop off when Europe sleeps.

I love event but this first time ever as player you see how much (little?) other players help. I flag 25-75 trees and bushes every day. Same 2-3 people usually help. First 2 days of event many others help. Those others still at 25-50 total helps. I don't think I helped more than always during event. I think maybe much less because others helping, but I still have over 1000 helps and have some friends with same and much more.

I enjoy event but same time very disappointed at all excuses by so many how hard to finish.

Wow, you actually made it to 1000! I couldn't manage that :) I'm still well over goal, but nowhere even CLOSE to that!

I'm not sure what part of what I wrote that you missed. That I got more serious yesterday morning when there about 44 hours remaining? Or that there are trees and shrubs that ripen fast enough that they can go from 2 to 3 in that time?

Also, your response sounds like you took offense to something I was saying. I was never thinking that you weren't pulling your weight and certainly wasn't trying to say that. And on re-reading what I wrote, I'm pretty sure I didn't accidentally say that. I'm sorry if it came across in a way that wasn't intended.
