Hello. Something strange is going on since the update. The farms who are in my neighborhood and are in the derby are not participating and not responding to my chats. They always participate. I'm thinking something is wrong because they have always responded in the past. Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a way I can contact them outside of the game to check?

I don't know if they even know each other. I didn't think so. I can take tasks and my daughter who is in my neighborhood can see my chats. It's just very strange! I don't want to opt them out of the next derby but if they don't respond I'll have no choice. Anyone know of another way I can get in touch with neighbors?
Only through PM's. If they reappear you should get kik (or similar) so you can contact each other out of the game.
The next Derby is the Birthday Derby. I'd keep posting in chat, but if they don't respond then opt them out, it'll spoil your Derby if you can't achieve what you & your DD could without the unworked farms.

Sorry. Kik is an app to chat. It's a free download for Apple & Android so everyone can use it. (I'm not sure if it has changed or not, but when I wanted it on the iPad I had to select phone apps only & it was there. It downloaded fine to the iPad). You can chat individually & create a group chat.
Oh, thanks. Two of the 3 neighbors have started doing derby tasks. They still haven't responded to chats but maybe they don't have it turned on. Oh well. Thanks for the info.
