A big update: adjusting empire.

Gathering many clans may will be concern of someone who created an empire in clash of clans. They may spent many gems for creating that. So anyone can't create an empire.
Empire get score from clan war wins of subset clans.
Empires may classify to some small, normal and big empires that will be created with a specified gem cost. Also emperors can upgrade their empire to a bigger one. Size of empires will determine space of subset clans' number
A clan of an empire may wanna have war against a clan in another empire. Leader of that clan sends a request to leader of other. if the leader accepted, first step of clan war starts.
Empire may have some main members that manage clan staff, positions of empire, participate in empire wars, and other things that clan members do for their clan.
Empires can have war against each other, so this & subset clans' wars will rank them in chart.
All clans' members of an empire can donate troops for empire's army and members can get a specified amount of troops according to emperor policies.
