How do some people have 3 of these cakes? I was only rewarded with 1. They aren't for sale on my end either. Confused.

There was a bug and some of the new colored trees turn into cakes I belive

SquarePixel is right. If you visit Greg's farm, you will see he has a couple of extra cakes. Since farmers spent vouchers to get the colored trees which accidentally turned into cakes, I'm sure that SC will eventually fix the glitch.
