Has your Sanctuary Animal rewarded you yet?

I don't think you get item drops from the animals, just xp. U get item rewards from the town visitors who go over to look at your animal before they leave the town.

I agree, many in my hood have also lost interest. Puzzle pieces are almost non-existant. They are also upset that the donkeys now only give 1 gift instead of 2 for every other feeding. A non-play update.

I fed my giraffe 4 times and she gave me a plank. I also found a puzzle piece in a red box on someone's farm for free....no diamonds spent on the box.

Are you sure the plank wasn't left by a townie? Tell us how and where the plank appeared. I have fed my animal 8-9 times now, and still zippo from hippo.

The same way the farm animals work... Fed the giraffe...clicked on the giraffe to wake it up and walla.....a plank.

On a side note.... I have not gotten anything from a townie yet. Nothing left by the book...nada...zilch. :(

It appears that since one of the maintenance tweaks (perhaps the much-appreciated one that modified the giraffe behavior) I have been seeing more "paw print" townies asking to visit the sanctuary. Also, they have all been asking to see my hippo. Originally, some would ask to see animals that I don't have yet. My hippo luck doesn't seem to be random.

i agree with the other comments though that thr sanctuary just isn't quite what I hoped it would be.

At this point, it's as if there was no update. So I have a giraffe. Woop-deee-dooo. <<<eyeroll>>>

An occasional 25 xp and a new item to make an sell since I don't need more than 2 hay bales/day.

No other animals, no puzzle pieces, nothing to do. Sigh. At least with the permits we also got the regular land. There was something to do while we waited. Ho hum....

I've fed my elephant quite a few times, certainly more than 4. No gift. I wonder if only the Giraffes have the correct coding?

(They're not adding to pet feeding on my farm either)

I didn't select every post, but given were all saying the same thing I could have!

I'm disappointed by the update, I'm irritated at the glitches but mostly I'm incredibly fed up of SC totally ignoring us when an update (or to be honest) anything isn't working properly. They all go to ground! How hard is it for a multi million dollar company to employ someone to take an active interest in fixing problems? Seriously, it's ridiculous.
