Has your Sanctuary Animal rewarded you yet?

My muddy elephant finally gave me a dynamite. Bout time!

Thanks. I'll try that. Mine has consistently slept in the same spot, but now that the "pool"is there it moved. I'll try surrounding the shower area and see if that works. Thanks again.

I've woken him up again. I did it as part of my (Myso) waking pets routine. No reward. I've lost count of how many times he's been fed, but loads.

My Hippo gave me a box of Nails this morning when she was fed and woken up!

Nothing from my brown hippo - have woken her up more than 10 times. Zero drops.

got something from my hippo today. It does look like the sanctuary animals are on their own circle, does it?

Ingot my first reward from my hippo yesterday,, one saw.

No reward from my gray hippo as of today, and I do not miss a feeding :-/
Also, a farmer in my hood announced yesterday she received a puzzle piece from a townie visiting her sanctuary. Anyone else with that much luck?
No puzzle pieces for me in unlocked red boxes, nor on the boat (since the 2 boats right after update).
Do we have a list somewhere on who has how many pieces by now? would be interesting to see, since the books from other farmers do not show their collected pieces. I have 3 (1 from the first boat and 2 from Derby)

I like the sanctuary but am disappointed that there is nothing to do. I have reached all achievements and was hoping for one or two new ones with the past update. The working towards a goal is what I like, the luck-based waiting around for puzzle pieces and permits is not so my thing :/

When visiting someone else's town take the hand cart back to your town (not the train button at the bottom right), and then re-visit that town. The sanctuary book *should* be viewable then. Weird quirk....
