Friendly Challenge Bank
How often have you wanted to do a friendly challenge but none of your clan mates is online or the right TH level is not online etc? The currently FC meta is great for the competitive clans, where friendly challenges are a must and most of the time you have enough TH levels available to FC different bases for you.
Introducing an improvement to the Friendly Challenge -
1.) Allow each clan member to put up one base into the clan friendly challenge bank
2.) Clan mates can select a base and practice when needed.
3.) The clan castle can be altered and filled by the attacker at their cost (no xp gained for donating to cc).
4.) In addition, the attacker can change the xbow and skele settings from air to ground and inferno settings between single and multi, this way a given base can be practised against air and ground attacks (You cannot move any structures obviously).
5.) A change to the base that has been pushed into the FC bank will be constrained by the cool down period.
This makes the friendly challenge system usable for solid war clans that are not in the competitive war scene. Please make this available to us supercell.

Too much intricacy for FCs. Maybe just scout their base and click on the 'friendly attack' button?

Sure, that is simple enough. However, what about cc troops? - you don't want to test your attack strategy without a proper cc comp in the enemy cc. Your suggested method gives access to their active village, which will most likely be a farming base and you want to attack a war base.

I think a simpler method would be if we could just pick a base off our clan page and do a freindly attack whether the other player is around or not. (War bases would still have to be put up manually so opponents cant just sneak into a clan and practice attacks on them)

I like the idea personally, at times it can be very frustrating to find an opponent to challenge if it is at a dead time, I have found this especially true with my minis which are not in super active clans. My clan is very active at most times but even then the same people tend to be on at the same times, which limits the number of different opponents you can face.
Maybe the idea needs to be flushed out some, but I like it OP!
