Okay so, my idea is that every so often people leave their clan to go on recruiting missions. I think there should be a button where you could ask the leader for a recruiting "pass" where your donates, requests, and maybe elder status could be kept in the clan records, and you could go to any clan to recruit members. On your profile, there would be a badge that would show you were on a recruiting mission. Thanks for reading.
