Please help! Trying to resurect my old farm

Hi Guysand Girls.

I started playing hay day very long ago on my I Pad and got to Level 38.

My I Pad Crashed and for about 5 Years i battled to get it working and updated.

In That time i got an Samsung android phone, loaded hay Day and started playing and connected it to facebook, ive gone up to level 23.

Now i got my I Pad working again and when trying to connect my I Pad to Facebook it says i have already authorised my account on Facebook.

How do delete my farm on Facebook so that i can link my I pad farm to Facebook?
