Yes, its happening in my android too, when in suggestion two items are having same cost they flicker rapidly between items name, Maybe SC is have tried to show multiple suggestion of same cost by changing item after a fixed interval of time, but it's not working that way... It would be great if SC convert this bug into new feature in suggestion update.
