What is a good method to collect Dark Elixir?

:confused: I am a th7 and i have 6000 DE. I want my barb king fast, but i cant seem to collect enough DE. I am at 1200 cups.

Theres not that much DE at 1200. Try going up to 1400, maybe 1600+(lots of DE there).

I find lots at 1600

1. Make lightning potions.

2. Get to 1800 trophies.

3. Find base with lots of DE.

4. Drop lightning spells on DE storage like a coward.

5. Pray that you don't get 3 starred in revenge.

Do this a few times and get a crappy lev 1 BK.

As you are TH7 and probably using tier 4 troops, I would suggest the following:

Get to 1500-1700 cups and aim for bases with lvl 5-6 walls and 700-1500 DE. Bring with you about 12 giants, 10 wall breakers and rest goblins, or combine goblins and archers, you can even throw in some barbarians or higher troops if you wish.

You can also throw in a couple of healers to support ur giants.

Your main goal will be breaking into wherever the DE is and destroying splash defences with giants/archers/barbarians, then sending in goblins to collect the DE.

Two ways, do it legit with troops and go up the higher cup ranges. Anything above 1600 cups should allow you to see great DE loot. OR, follow this advice I quoted which I'm strongly against because I hate it being used against me but it gets the job done. Even though I'm still looking for some sort of DE/Lightning update.

I'm a TH7 and I got my barb king to level 5 in a week. Just get to Crystal I using mass dragon attacks, then once you get there are some players who leave their loot outside to defend trophy hunters. Just use 9x dragons and 10x minions. and 3x rage spells. Then keep on farming until you hit Crystal III then go straight back up.

You should first get to 1500+ and the strategy I use is 12 giants, 40 archers, 10 wall breakers(just in case), and then the rest goblins, also don't forget lightning spells. What I do is look for a base with an exposed townhall and then try to get either their collectors or storage, but if they have 2,000+ de then you should lightning spell it.
